DreamStoneHR was founded in 2014 by Kylie Thomas out of a strong desire to make a positive impact on small and medium-sized businesses. Typically, small to medium-sized businesses don’t require a permanent full-time HR function and because of this, they can lack the support, advice and guidance needed to manage their people. By offering an agile, on-demand HR service, the team at DreamStoneHR can provide a cost-effective solution to their HR needs.

Kylie Thomas has always been passionate about working with leaders to deliver business outcomes. She understands that strong leadership can be the single biggest factor in a business’ success. After a fruitful career in HR management and after having her daughter, she wanted a flexible career that was alternative to a full-time corporate role. This is how DreamStoneHR came about. She wanted to connect with more small to medium-sized businesses, make a greater impact and contribute to their success.
